With nearly five decades of operational expertise in the Philippines and globally, we bring a wealth of knowledge to the insurance industry. Our direct experience extends beyond the Philippines to the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and throughout Asia, where we’ve handled significant insurance events, providing tailored solutions for our clients.
Our roots date back to 1966 as Toplis & Harding (Far East), Inc., a respected Philippines British company. For 23 years, we represented Cunningham Lindsey International as its Philippines Office. Now as tCs, we offer even more streamlined services to all clients, not just Cunningham Lindsey’s, after their acquisition by Sedgwick. We take pride in our collaborations with partners in the Philippines and worldwide, ensuring affordability and excellence in insurance services.
Appraisal Work
TCS also offers services in the appraisal of properties for insurance purposes such as buildings, warehouses, manufacturing plants, machinery/equipment, ETC. TCS can determine and provide you with the relative replacement value and sound value of the property to assist in your Insurance needs.
International Services
TCS proudly accept instructions from all overseas Insurers, Re-insurers, Brokers and Loss Adjusting companies. We act as a local partner for all overseas based clients as completing claims management tasks within the Philippines strictly requires a local Philippine based partner in accordance with Philippine regulations.

Marine Survey
Initially founded on the Marine business, has a rich history in Marine and for nearly 50 years has been a recognized leader in using industry professionals to manage inspections and survey services of marine cargo and containers to assess, evaluate and report on their condition as well as determine/inspect the extent of damage sustained.
Claims Management
TCS offers claim services across the region and international market. The business primarily focuses on claims management and resolution of losses not only on small but complex and large cases arising from major incidents and insurance claims (fire, engineering, miscellaneous casualty and marine claims).
