The Company started its commercial operations in 1990 with one office building with a rentable office space of 10,000 square meters. Over the years, the company conservatively expanded its ownership to four (4) buildings with a total rentable space of 25,000 square meters. These buildings owned and managed by the company are:

It is occupied by leading companies engaged in shipping and shipping related activities. These companies are The Bank of Philippine Islands, Banco De Oro, Ben Line Steamship Agencies, Inc., Det Norske VERITAS, Trans National Logistics, etc.
HARBOR CENTER I
A building owned through Bachrach Corporation and managed by Myers Building Management. It is located at corner 24th & Railroad Streets, Port Area, with an approximate rentable area of 5,000 sq. meters which is presently occupied by Rizal Banking Corporation and subsidiaries of Transnational Diversified Group (TDG) namely, NYK-Fil Japan and Dolphin Ship Management.
HARBOR CENTER II
Another building owned through Bachrach Corporation and managed by Myers Building Management located adjacent to Harbor Center 1, Port Area. It is exactly located at corner 23rd & Railroad Streets with an approximate rentable area of 5,250 sq. meters which is occupied by Aboitiz Jebsen, Sea Merchant (Formerly WG&A).
MARY BACHRACH BUILDING
